No sound!

Ok, I love the TV show so I wanted to see if they had any games for the I pad and I found this one! I downloaded it and was super excited when I saw the Lucas Film logo. I read the beginning intro and then a video started to play and I was jumping up and down with excitement. The video played for a few seconds then I noticed something. Something terrible. This awesome video DID NOT HAVE SOUND. (In Lukes voice: NOOOOOOO)

I re-downloaded It four times and it still doesnt work...yes my volume was up all the way...but it still wasnt working
